Carissimi amici,
in the present situation our summer school cannot take place its previous form within previously announced days. The organizers of many summer schools of ancient languages found themselves in a similar situation and decided to call off their courses. However, we would like to take up a new challenge and organize this year our schola aestiva online in a new formula.
The online course will certainly not replace our meetings in free time after classes, our conversations during lunch and walks around the city, excursions and going out to the pub (cauponationes) with those who like pergraecari noctem (especially in Greek), but we hope that it will diversify our everyday life when we are forced to stay at home, allow us to gain new experiences and make a new Latin and Greek friends from all over the world.
All interested in the course, please complete the questionnaire. This is not yet an application form – the questionnaire will help us to learn how many people would be interested in our event and to choose the best ways to organize it.
